Right now I am varying my calories throughout the week from 1000-1900 to keep my metabolism guessing. The average is about 1300-1400. I'm also taking a calcium supplement and a multivitamin.
As for exercise, I am trying to exercise at least 5 days a week. I try to get one long slow walk and two short fast walks in there for the marathon training. On other days I walk the puppies or do a little bit of some other sort of areobics, but walking is usually my exercise of choice. I have also gotten serious about the weight training and am doing it about 2 times a week.
